Notes:Some books have claimed that these were made to use up left-over 600 parts. This is not true. The frames and crash bars, brake pedal and many other parts that look like 600 parts are in fact unique to the GT. The frame is basically the 750 Sport frame with footrest lugs added. It differs from the 600 frame. At least one disk brake model was built as one was exhibited at the 1974 Amsterdam show. As only 50 were built and a number of these were converted to Sports the GT has become the rarest of all the production MV fours.
